　　May 16th morning, the preparatory meeting of China•Langfang High and New Technology & Modern Service Industry Investment Trade Negotiation Meeting held in Langfang International Exhibition Center. Standing Committee Member of Langfang Party Committee，Deputy Mayor Wang Huiyong attended the meeting as the moderator and delivered a speech regarding how to do preparatory work well in details. Deputy Mayor Xiao Shuangsheng attended the meeting and addressed.

　　The responsible leaders of municipal relevant departments, the directors of all undertaken offices, the responsible leaders concerning the duty of receiving guests, the charging responsible leaders of all Counties (Cities, Districts), the secretaries-general, contacting persons, and charging vice director of Langfang Development Zone Committee attended the meeting. All undertaken work committees reported their work conditions respectively. At present, all preparatory work has been basically completed with active effort.

　　Wang Huiyong stressed that the relevant staff should be familiar with their positions as soon as possible, concentrate their energy to the duty, and grasp every detail and the convergence work. All relevant departments should establish the overall awareness, strengthen communications to ensure the completely success of the meeting.

　　Xiao Shuangsheng pointed that "5 • 18" has become a shining business card of our city, and even an important brand. With the forthcoming of China•Langfang High and New Technology & Modern Service Industry Investment Trade Negotiation Meeting , all the members of undertaken committee must strengthen the awareness of security, awareness of responsibility, awareness of overall situation, awareness of cooperation, higher standard of work, quicker efficiency, more excellent work quality to do preparatory well for ensuring the meeting becoming the glory meeting to promote the rise of Langfang.

　　Xiao Shuangsheng required that all departments at all level must do the organization work well with serious work style, warm and friendly attitude, displaying the good image and mental look of our city. We should organize the activities of investment negotiations, achieve more cooperation and multi-win.
